Think of the kind of person you desire to attract to your salesforce. Do you want someone who is ambitious, self-sufficient, a problem solver, a go-getter, a person who when they see an obstacle, builds a bridge? OR do you want someone who is ambitious but always needs to be told what to do, is somewhat self-sufficient but never seems to follow thru with what they start, cannot solve problems and basically looks at obstacles as a sign to reconsider their involvement in this industry. YOU decide right now who you want to attract into your business. THEN become that person now!

Faith is perceiving as real fact what is not yet revealed to the senses. I agree with that 100%. I also believe if a Man does not work, he shall not eat. Take too many days off, don't call any leads, wish for prospects to come to your business? That = no paycheck, fast! There is NOTHING cosmic about creating success, it's about hard work, diligence, being willing to be HONEST with yourself and seeing where you need to work on yourself, and then the success will follow.

I mean this folks, the more we work on ourselves, the more we do what we are called to do, the more we will succeed. Y-O-U are your number one ASSET!
There are only TWO kind of people in the network marketing industry: Those who DO and those who DON'T.

Those who DO:

1. Set goals
2. Adjust their goals to their life and situation accordingly ( Not setting goals of a single person who can work 80 hours per week when you have a family to love and care for)
3. Look at obstacles and decide how to use them as raw materials for a bridge to go farther and higher
4. DO NOT get emotionally effected by responses from prospects, whether it's a yes or a no. If it's a yes, great. You might be able to have a great leader on your hands. Some people talk more than they walk. If it's a no, be thankful. You just saved yourself alot of heartache and headaches
5. Keep going- keep going- keep going!

Those who DON'T:

1. Set goals and never look at them
2. Never adjust their goals because the first time they encounter a problem they give up
3. Look at obstacles as a sign that they should not be doing this kind of business and give up
4. Get emotionally affected by every yes by thinking that they will be next years billionaire, and get emotionally effected by every no because they believe that they can convince someone of something
5. Start out, drag along the way, and quit ( and then blame everyone but themselves!)

BECOME who you want to attract. Read above again. IGNORE those who accuse, make fun, reject you, your business or your success. BECOME a doer NOW!
