Real faith sees with the heart. Real faith sees in dimensions that the natural eyes were not made for. Abraham, can you imagine, he and Sarah, two prunes getting wild together and making a baby. Why? Because God said so.
Real faith closes its ears - it has to, as the chatter in this life is far to loud. Real faith only hears one voice and it knows that voice and does not listen to another. Real faith sees the water parting before the H2O even knows it. Real faith sees the end from the beginning and calls those things that are not, AS THOUGH THEY WERE. Did you notice the word 'were'? it's past tense. Already done, so back off devil. No need to mess here, real faith already sees God not moving, but already MOVED. Real faith sees it done.
If you believe, Jesus said, Matt 21:22, you will receive whatever you ask for. Funny isn't it? Jesus doesn't have a habit of beating around the bush, being light with His words, forgetting to put clauses in where they should occur. It says WHATEVER. Religious spirits try to qualify that whatever. Hmmm, in the Greek and Hebrew, it means WHATEVER. And the One who lacks no communication skills didn't feel a need to qualify.
God told Solomon, "ASK". Solomon was trained by his Daddy David, "Wisdom is the principle thing. With all thy getting, get wisdom. Wisdom, Solomon, that is it, wisdom." So it's no small wonder when God said to Solomon, "Ask me for whatever you want." His heart was programmed rightly to answer. He said, "Wisdom, yeah, that's it, I want wisdom." Ask most Americans that question and they respond with a death sentence, "I want a million dollars, I want to win the lottery."
Is it that a million dollars or the lottery are evil, wicked, worldly things? Ah... not really. I surely don't believe in lottery mentalities and you won't find me buying a lottery ticket, however in and of itself, it's not some heinous thing. It's what it does TO the heart of men and women in bondage to poverty and it's mindset and worldview. It's a lie from the pit of hell that says that LUCK is the reason you'll finally succeed and a million dollars will answer all your needs. No it won't! Unless you have been taught how to use, handle and keep this money it will most likely just be a bigger shovel into a pit.
ASK me for whatever you want. GOD, since I was 19 years old I have been begging you for wisdom. You have been so gracious to give it. I have asked you for health, and you have been so gracious to give it. I have asked you for $ 100,000 per month and you have been so gracious to give it in tiny bits, teaching me to steward, teaching me to govern, teaching me to lead. I am asking for a Lexus and a 4 carat diamond ring. I am asking you for longer hair, dreadlocks and a meeting with leaders in Ethiopia. I am asking you for a beautiful baby girl with matching dreadlocks whose face has been in my heart since I was 20 years old. I am asking for TOTAL freedom to walk in my gifts, to preach and speak and minister in total freedom without religious constraints, or authorities that would stop what you have designed.
But most of all, God, I want to ask for more of You. You are the only one who has taken my heart, and there is nothing that satisfies me like You. I ask for more of You. I ask for a double portion. You are the passion that makes my heart beat, You, before wisdom, before money, before health, before anything. You.
